Jump on the small platform, then generate two ice pillars next to each other where the chests are falling to be able to open one holding a Great Flameblade. Jump onto the next block, climb on it, then when you're in front of a water wall, generate an ice pillar at your level and climb on it. Then, go back down to avoid the spikes, then jump to the right.
